EPFL Racing Team
Go Faster, Go Smarter
The EPFL Racing Team is an association of the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, bringing together more than 80 passionate students.
As a Formula Student team, their main goal is to design and build a new electric and autonomous but also sustainable race car every year, in just nine months. This demanding competition puts their technical skills to the test and also allows them to develop essential project management and teamwork skills. It’s not just a car race but primarily a prestigious engineering competition, which encourages innovation and shapes the engineers of tomorrow.
After a year of innovation during which the EPFL Racing Team implemented, in just a few months, its first full carbon monocoque produced by students, driverless technology, four-wheel drive, a more powerful battery, and many other new features, the team is working on the fifth car, the LRT5, for the 2024 season. They will participate in Formula Student competitions throughout the summer: in Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany, and France.
Jade Gibouin, president of the EPFL Racing Team, on Mana Consulting: “We thank Wiktor for his support, seriousness, and motivation in our collaboration! Thanks to his expertise in the field, we were able to expand our network and achieve our goals!”
